INGREDIENTS :
- 1 purchased pound cake
- 3 peaches – sliced or diced
- 2 ½ cups milk – either skim or 2% ** Note – if the mixture is too stiff just add more milk until you get the consistency you want.
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups of fresh blueberries
- 3 packages of the 3.3 ounce size of instant white chocolate pudding mix
DIRECTIONS :
Peel and slice the peaches and sit aside with the cleaned blueberries. Cut the pound cake into bite size squares and set aside. To prepare the pudding mixture combine the cream cheese, pudding mix and milk in large mixing bowl (think splatters) and use your hand-mixer to beat until it is smooth and lump free.
Then begin by layer the 4 items (pudding mix, pound cake, peaches, blueberries – keep the pudding and cake next to each other so the cake softens. Store covered in the refrigerator.
