INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Custard powder
- 2 and half tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 Cups Cream
- 3 and half Cups of Milk Cream
- Cherries
- Nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a Bowl and Pour a cup of Milk
- Mix Custard and Sugar with Milk
- Take another pan and heat half a cup of Milk and off it once it comes to a boil.
- Boil the milk once again and make sure you are stirring continuously.
- Boil the Milk in slow flame for next 2min until it gets thick in flavour.
- Allow the Milk to reach to its room temprature(make it mild by keeping below the fan)
- Now mix the vanilla essence and transfer it to a tight container.
- Freeze the container below 3 or 4 degree.
- You can cool the container as per your refrigerator compression capacity.
- Freeze the container until it gets hard with substence(Usually it takes 3 Hours).
- Serve the dish in plate or a bowl and sprinkling cherries or nuts on the top(you can place other dry fruits as well)
- Ready to eat
