INGREDIENTS :
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Chicken-1/2 kg
- Black pepper corns-4
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds-2 tsp
- Garlic pods-6
- Dry red chillies-5
- Ginger-1 piece
- Chopped onions-1/2 cup
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
- Tomatoes-2
- Salt to taste
METHOD :
STEP 1 : Roast the Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and black Peppercorns & Grind it with red Chillies, Ginger & Garlic to make a fine paste.
STEP 2 : Heat ghee and oil in a kadai, add the chopped onions and fry it.
STEP 3 : Add the spice paste in it & saut for few minutes.
STEP 4 : Add chopped tomatoes and fry it when raw smells goes.
STEP 5 : Now mix the chicken and after some time pour the cup of water.
STEP 6 : Cover the pan with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
STEP 7 : Turnoff the heat and garnish the coriander leaves.
STEP 8 : Kadai chicken is ready and serve hot.
