Ingredients
- 50 gm ginger-garlic paste75 gm red chilli paste100 gm yogurt20 gm garam masalaSalt to taste25 gm ghee or oil
400 gm lamb20 gm raw papaya10 ml lemon juice
Method
- Cut the lamb into thin slices…
- Marinate the lamb with all ingredients mentioned and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
- Skewer the lamb and cook on a barbecue or grill.
- Serve hot.
