Maas Ke Soole (Barbecued Lamb)

  • Ingredients

    • 50 gm ginger-garlic paste
      75 gm red chilli paste
      100 gm yogurt
      20 gm garam masala
      Salt to taste
      25 gm ghee or oil
  • 400 gm lamb20 gm raw papaya10 ml lemon juice

Method

  • Cut the lamb into thin slices…
  • Marinate the lamb with all ingredients mentioned and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  • Skewer the lamb and cook on a barbecue or grill.
  • Serve hot.
