INGREDIENTS :
Iceberg lettuce leaves 8-10
For Dressing
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves 5-7
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
Small cheese (paneer) 50 grams
Garlic cloves 5-7
Kiwis 2 medium
Fresh mint leaves 8-10
Orange squash 1 tablespoon
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh pomegranate kernels 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Lolo rosso lettuce leaves 5-7
METHODS :
Step 1 : Peel and roughly chop kiwis and put into a bowl.
Step 2 : Roughly tear all the lettuce leaves and add to the bowl.
Step 3 : To make dressing, grind together garlic, mustard seeds, mint leaves, orange squash, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder till smooth.
Step 4 : Roughly crumble cottage cheese and add to the bowl with pomegranate kernels and dressing and mix well.
Step 5 : Transfer the salad onto a serving plate and serve immediately
