Baby Corn Chilly Recipe - Chinese Food Recipe

An Indian favorite and staple, eaten and loved all on peak of the world, the baby corn chilly

INGREDIENTS:-

  • ½ Chinese Manchurian
  • Boiled Water
  • 1 cup of flour(Maida)
  • 135 gm baby corn
  • 20 gm capsicum cut into cubes
  • 20 gm ginger garlic paste
  • 20 gm garlic(chopped)
  • 20 gm ginger(chopped)
  • 1 spring onion with stalk, to garnish
  • 20 gm White onion(Cut into small cubes)
  • 10 gm green chilli cut into strips

INSTRUCTIONS :-

  1. Take a bowl filled with Corn Marinatio, adding some salt and crushed pepper, Ginger, Garlic paste.
  2. Take a pan and add slight water into it and make a fine batter.
  3. To make baby corn more fluffy and airy, we should add some corn flour to it.
  4. Now add some baby corn into it and allow it to get deep fry until cooked well.
  5. Make sure you fry the baby corn until it gets crispy and golden brown.
  6. Now, Take Olive Oil in a pan & saute the chopped Garlic, Ginger, Capsicum and Spring Onion till they are cooked ably.
  7. After this, Add some Chinese Manchurian Masala & Little boiled water to make it cook until it gets thick gravy
  8. Finally, Add the Fried Corn and toss it till they are mixed with gravy.
  9. Serve it hot with garnishing Spring onion.
  10. Ready to serve.
