Linguica, Kale and Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 2 garlic cloves(finely chopped)
  • 13 ounces chopped linguica sausage
  • 1 onion(finely chopped)
  • 32 ounces vegetable stock
  • 4 1/2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 russet potato (chopped)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste

 INSTRUCTIONS :-

  1. Take a Bowl or a Pan and heat it for 1 min and add sausage, Cook until it gets brown in colour.
  2. Add some Onion and Garlic and stir it for 10 sec and cook until it gets soften.
  3. Add Potato, Stock and kale and stir until it gets to simmer, Cook for next 20 min or until Potato, Kale gets soft.
  4. Put some Salt and Pepper as per your taste.
  5. Ready to serve
