INGREDIENTS:-
- 2 garlic cloves(finely chopped)
- 13 ounces chopped linguica sausage
- 1 onion(finely chopped)
- 32 ounces vegetable stock
- 4 1/2 cups chopped kale
- 1 russet potato (chopped)
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS :-
- Take a Bowl or a Pan and heat it for 1 min and add sausage, Cook until it gets brown in colour.
- Add some Onion and Garlic and stir it for 10 sec and cook until it gets soften.
- Add Potato, Stock and kale and stir until it gets to simmer, Cook for next 20 min or until Potato, Kale gets soft.
- Put some Salt and Pepper as per your taste.
- Ready to serve
