Salt Roasted Chicken for Lunch

INGREDIENTS

  • White Salt
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 180 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • 230 g bacon, diced into 1/4 -inch pieces (6 to 8 slices)
  • Ground black pepper
  • 120 ml dry white wine
  • 3 large eggs
  • 60 ml grated pecorino romano cheese (about 3/4 ounce)
  • 3 clove garlic, pressed through garlic press
  • 460 g spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Adjust oven rack as per size of Oven
  2. Place large heat proof serving bowl on rack.
  3. Heat oven to 211 degrees.
  4. Bring 4 and half quarts water to rolling boil in large Dutch oven.
  5. While water is heating, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, but make sure no smoking.
  6. Add bacon and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and crisp, about 9 minutes.
  7. For presentation you can take any plate as you wish.
  8. Ready to Serve
