A special Spanish Food recipe from Chef : Aiye Bubis
INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coarsely chopped fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS :-
- Process all the ingredients, except the basil, in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Stir in the basil. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Ready to serve
IMP NOTE : You can present your dish in any way, If you want another flavour to be displayed in presentation, still that would work.
