Red Bell Pepper-Basil Sauce

A special Spanish Food recipe from Chef : Aiye Bubis

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coarsely chopped fresh basil

 INSTRUCTIONS :-

  1. Process all the ingredients, except the basil, in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Stir in the basil. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  3. Ready to serve
IMP NOTE : You can present your dish in any way, If you want another flavour to be displayed in presentation, still that would work.
