A special Thai Food recipe from Chef : Aiye Bubis
INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 tbsp Vanilla flavour
- 2/3 cup vegetable/Olive oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 8 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 100g dark C
- hocolate (coarsely chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS :-
- Preheat oven to 155 C.
- Grease and flour a 10″ baking pan.
- Put some Vanilla, Sugar and Eggs in electric mixer & mix on high until light and fluffy and make sure it do not burn.
- Add Vegetable or Olive oil gradually while electric mixer is on.
- Add milk and mix it properly.
- Take a separate bowl and mix Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa & add mix until it is properly combined.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 30 to 32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Now, to make the ganache place the dark chocolate and the Nutella in a bowl.
- Place milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Put some Chocolate and whisk until smooth. As it helps to make it pulpy
- Now put ganache over cake.
- Grate any kind of chocolate on top of cake, As it totally depends on what kind of flavour you want.
- Ready to serve
IMP NOTE : You can present your dish in any way, If
you want another chocolate flavour to be displayed in presentation,
still that would work.
