Chocolate Ganache Cake

A special Thai Food recipe from Chef : Aiye Bubis

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavour
  • 2/3 cup vegetable/Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 8 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 100g dark C
  • hocolate (coarsely chopped)

 INSTRUCTIONS :-

  1. Preheat oven to 155 C.
  2. Grease and flour a 10″ baking pan.
  3. Put some Vanilla, Sugar and Eggs in electric mixer & mix on high until light and fluffy and make sure it do not burn.
  4. Add Vegetable or Olive oil gradually while electric mixer is on.
  5. Add milk and mix it properly.
  6. Take a separate bowl and mix Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa & add mix until it is properly combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 30 to 32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Now, to make the ganache place the dark chocolate and the Nutella in a bowl.
  9. Place milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  10. Put some Chocolate and whisk until smooth. As it helps to make it pulpy
  11. Now put ganache over cake.
  12. Grate any kind of chocolate on top of cake, As it totally depends on what kind of flavour you want.
  13. Ready to serve
IMP NOTE : You can present your dish in any way, If you want another chocolate flavour to be displayed in presentation, still that would work.
