A special Spanish Food recipe from Chef : Suzi Maraco
INGREDIENTS:-
- Salmon
- Salt
- Back Pepper
- Yogurt
- 1 tsp of dill
- 1 Big size Lemon and taking juice of it
INSTRUCTIONS :-
Take the salmon(150g) fillet and season with salt and black pepper
- Start Cooking it untill it gets good fregrance and make sure it doesnt burn.
- Take a bowl and mix 60ml (0.26cup) plain yogurt, and tsp of salt, drill, Black Pepper and a dash of Lemon Juice.
IMP NOTE : It can also be used with tuna and can be served as basic salad

Salmón y salsa de eneldo
1-Comienza a cocinar alrededor de 150g (0.33lbs) filete de salmon y sazona con sal y pimienta2-En un bowl mezcla 60ml (0.25taza) yogurt simple, cucharada de eneldo, sal, pimienta y un toque de jugo de limon
3-Coloca todo en un plato y la salsa de eneldo encima
IMP NOTE: Tambien puede ser usado con atun. Servido con una ensalada basica (no incluida en los macros)
