INGREDIENTS:-
- White Salt (As per taste)
- 232 gram bacon, diced into 1/4 -inch pieces (6 to 8 slices)
- 70 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 180 ml grated parmesan cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 110 ml dry white Wine
- 70 ml grated pecorino romano cheese
- 3 clove garlic
- 460 g spaghetti
- Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS :-
- Take a oven Rack/Plate to the center position and place bowl on Rack/Plate
- Heat the oven to 202 degrees.
- Pore 4 Glass of water to rolling boil.
- While water is heating, Make sure you heat the Olive Oil in pane in such a way that Oil gets heated but not smoking.
- Add bacon and cook, Stir it with wooden spectula unto browned in colour and crispy (It should cookeded in 9min)
- Dish is ready to serve
