INGREDIENTS
- Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon of chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 pounds of cod
- ½ teaspoon pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse the fish and pat dry – and keep it aside
- In a medium size bowl mix the chili powder, salt, brown sugar & pepper
- Rub the mixture into the fish – from all the side.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet pan.
- Saute the fish until it flakes easily
- Ready to serve.
