INGREDIENTS

  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 pounds of cod
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rinse the fish and pat dry – and keep it aside
  2. In a medium size bowl mix the chili powder, salt, brown sugar & pepper
  3. Rub the mixture into the fish – from all the side.
  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet pan.
  5. Saute the fish until it flakes easily
  6. Ready to serve.
