Vegetable Spring Roll Recipe

An US favourite and staple, eaten and loved all on peak of the world, the Vegetable Spring Roll Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables,thinly sliced(Carrots, Cabbage, Beans, Capsicum)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch spring onion,thinly sliced
  • 2 sheets spring roll
  • 1 Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked rice noodles
  • 1/2 packet Chinese Manchurian
  • Flour/ maida and water mix to seal the spring roll sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS :-

  1. Take a Pan and saute all the thinly sliced vegetables along with 1/2 a packet of Chinese Machurian.
  2. Cook for net 4 min and once done, allow it to cool.
  3. Put 1-2 tsp of vegetable filling on spring roll sheet and spread evenly with your jugement.
  4. Fold the edges of the roll sheet into tight rolling style and Seal it with the flour and water paste.
  5. Now keep it in dry place for next 1 min.
  6. Take all the rolls and cook them in deep fry Olive Oil, till they get golden brown in colour.
  7. Take the rolls and keep on tissue paper or papper, so that Oil comes out from it.
  8. Place the rolls into the plate along with some garnishing items like Onion, Spicy sauce, sweet or any other thing.
  9. Ready to eat.
IMP NOTE : You can present your dish in any way, Presenting your dish with your own style makes it more comfortable on your side, still that would work.
